Refund Policy

At AdsFixter, we value your investment and trust in our digital marketing expertise. Our goal is to ensure your satisfaction through transparent communication and high-quality service delivery. However, we understand that circumstances may change. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are granted to ensure fairness for both parties.

Refund Eligibility & Conditions

Time Frame

Refund requests must be submitted within 180 days from the date of the original transaction. This aligns with the dispute resolution windows of our major payment processors. Requests made after this period will not be processed.

Service Status

Full Refund: Eligible only if the service has not been initiated or delivered at all.

Partial Refund: If a service is active but cancelled mid-project, a partial refund may be issued. This amount will be prorated based on the volume of work already completed and resources utilized up to the cancellation date.

Completed Services

Services that have been fully delivered, approved, or finalized (e.g., delivered designs, completed ad setups) are not eligible for a refund.

Non-Refundable Items

Third-Party Ad Spend

Any budget paid directly to ad platforms (e.g., Meta, Google, TikTok) is beyond our control and cannot be refunded by AdsFixter.

Consultation Fees

Fees paid for time-based consultation calls that have already taken place.

Setup Fees

One-time fees for account setup or integration, once the technical work has been performed.

How to Request a Refund

Contact Channel

To initiate a request, please email our billing department at support@adsfixter.com.

Required Information

Your email must include:

  • Order ID / Transaction Reference
  • Date of Purchase
  • Detailed reason for the refund request
  • Processing & Timelines

    Review Process

    Our team will review your request within 3 business days. We may request additional information to verify the claim.

    Approval & Credit

    If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

    Bank Delays

    Please allow additional time for your financial institution to post the refund to your account statement. This duration varies by bank and region.

    Unclaimed & Canceled Transactions

    If a payment is made but remains unclaimed, or if an order is canceled by our system due to technical issues, we will automatically initiate a full refund within 30 days of the transaction date.

    Service Cancellation

    Notice Period

    For ongoing monthly services (e.g., Ad Management retainers), clients must provide a written notice at least 7 days prior to the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the subsequent month.

    Late Cancellation

    Cancellations received less than 7 days before the renewal date may result in a charge for the upcoming cycle or a pro-rated fee.
